Where We Ship
At this time, The Dream ships within New Zealand only. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping.
Local Delivery
We offer FREE local delivery within Whanganui city.
If your order is eligible for local delivery, this option will be available at checkout. We'll aim to deliver your order within 1–3 business days and will contact you if we need to arrange a suitable delivery time.
New Zealand Shipping
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping throughout New Zealand:
- Urban addresses: $8.99
- Rural addresses: $14.99 (includes the rural delivery surcharge)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Processing Times
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, public holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Blind Date with a Book orders are wrapped by hand, so please allow a little extra time during busy periods.
Delivery Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the courier network.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order, as we're unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help track it down with the courier.
